Using an Holistic Rubric for Assessing Basic Math Fact Fluency:

Use the Holistic Rubric for Basic Fact Fluency to communicate to stakeholders how students are performing and progressing toward basic fact mastery. Specifically, this tool can describe a student’s progress toward fluency of all facts. Note that the scores of 3 and 4 include the use of different strategies and therefore capture flexibility.
